We believe that the values practiced on the mat—like personal discipline, resilience, and inner peace—are what truly transform lives. Our space is not focused on exercise, it is a grounded, soulful, community collective where everyone feels safe, supported and inspired. Whether you are seeking greater balance within yourself or a supportive environment to deepen your practice.

I’m Cashel, the founder of Santosha Soul Collective and a yoga teacher devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and embodied awareness.
My journey into yoga began during one of the hardest seasons of my life, after the loss of my mom. Through practice, I discovered yoga wasn’t just movement — it became a way to regulate my nervous system, move through grief, and find steadiness when life felt overwhelming. The butterfly woven into Santosha Soul Collective is a quiet nod to her and a reminder that connection and energy never really disappear and when we are paying attention, that connection exists through us all.
I’ve always felt most at ease expressing myself physically. With a background in athletics, coaching, management, and human development, movement has always been part of my life. But it wasn’t until I began integrating breath, nervous system awareness, and spiritual exploration into my practice that I truly felt at home in my body and in my life. That experience is what I hope to share with others.
My teaching blends intelligent, intuitive movement with accessible yoga philosophy, drawing wisdom from many traditions and lived experience rather than rigid rules. My goal is to help students build practices that support them not only on the mat, but in the realities of everyday life — finding balance between strength and softness, effort and ease.
More than anything, I want this space to feel like a place where people can be human — celebrated in joyful seasons, supported in difficult ones, or simply welcomed exactly as they are. As a mother of three, much of what drives me is the desire to build something meaningful that honors both my children and the resilience and love my mom passed down to me.
